A Message from the President

Dear Friend,

Welcome to St Joseph High School.

As the mission reads, we are a prep school, focused on the future, yours in particular. So take a moment and picture yourself after St Joe’s, after university, actively engaged in your chosen profession. I promise you the success you envision there will have been shaped by the values you learned here and by the friendships you made.

The promise is easy to make because we have nearly five decades of successful graduates proving the promise. Many of the influential business and community leaders in Southern Connecticut had their beginnings here. Tell someone you are a graduate of St Joe’s and immediately their face lights up. St Joseph High School is always coupled with excellence.

The faculty at St Joe’s is known for creating a program that demands excellence, calls forth your best, and forms the whole person--spiritually, intellectually, and physically. It is our goal to prepare young men and women to be moral leaders in a world in need of their influence.   

Our graduates are leaders in the corporate world, in government, the media, in the entertainment world, the military, in religious life, in the health and engineering sciences, and they are always actively engaged in their communities. These new friends are yours for life and they will make all the difference in the life you lead.
