Mandatory ImPACT Program

The ImPACT Program (Immediate Post Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) is a computer-based exam used by high school, college and professional football teams to successfully diagnose and manage concussions. The ImPACT Program mandatory for all St.Joseph football players. To take the exam, please visit www.impacttestonline.com/schools, select Connecticut from the "Please Select Your Organization" drop down box, click "Launch Baseline Test", then enter customer ID code X2XKBPGEM4 and follow the step-by-step instructions.
