Welcome to the St. Joseph High School application process! We are excited you've decided to apply and we look forward to learning more about you and your high school goals. Please follow the checklist below to ensure your completed application and supporting documents are received for review by the admission committee.

You may complete these application steps in any order! Our team will track all documents received for your application and keep you in the loop about what is still outstanding. You do not have to wait to submit one item without having another.

The admissions application form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You CANNOT save the application and return at a later time. To submit the application you will need to enter payment information for the $50 application fee.

Please gather the following information before beginning the application form:

Student birthday and contact information
Parent/Guardian contact information
Student resume (current clubs, athletics, awards, activities)
Payment information for $50 fee

Student Essay

The St. Joseph High School application for the Class of 2026 requires a student essay. This essay helps our admissions committee learn more about you beyond your grades and recommendations.

We know brainstorming and writing the perfect essay can be stressful for some. Our mission states: St. Joseph High School is an independent Catholic college preparatory community that educates and motivates young women and men to live purposeful lives as ethical leaders committed to the common good of all.

At St. Joes, our students are committed to academic, athletic, extra-curricular achievement. In addition, they are committed to service as they strive to become a “person for others.” Please describe how you would consider yourself a person for others. Use examples, reasoning and exemplary details.

Financial Aid Application Process for New Students

All applicants to St. Joseph High School are automatically considered for Merit Scholarship if a completed application is received by November 17 2021. However, to be considered for need-based financial aid, a FACTS application must be submitted.

FACTS Application Steps:

Visit https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3JNZ7 on or after October 1, 2021 to create your FACTS application account.
Click on the prompt to begin your FACTS application. You only have to complete one FACTS application even if you have several children applying to St Joes, or if you are applying to more than one diocesan school.
You don’t have to complete the form in one sitting. You will be given a password so you can save your FACTS application and return to finish it at any time.
You will receive instructions about submitting the required backup documents (2020 Tax Information) via fax or scanned upload. Your documents will be handled with the highest level of security.
