Freshman Application Checklist
Regular Admission Deadline - February 26, 2025
You may complete these application steps in any order! Our team will track all documents received for your application on your application portal. You do not have to wait to submit one item without having another.
- Freshman Application (and $50 application fee)

- Two Letters of Recommendation (8th Grade Math & English Teachers)
- Report Cards (Grade 7 and 8th Grade to Date)

Sign and submit a record release form to your current middle school to allow your school records to be sent to St. Joseph High School to complete your application.
Tell Us More About You

Request Your Recommendations
Grade 8 Math and English Teacher Recommendation Forms can be sent electronically by entering your teacher’s email address below! Note - You may submit 7th Grade Teacher Recommendations as a supplement to your application, though they are not necessary. Only 8th Grade Teacher Recommendations will be tracked and reviewed for admission application completion.
Send Your High School Placement Exam Results
St. Joseph High School receives student applications from over 75 middle schools! Entrance Exam scores are used as a uniform measurement for all applicants to assist with admission review, scholarship selection, and curriculum placement. Please send your High School Placement Test scores to us at admissions@sjcadets.org or upload them to your application portal.

Apply for Aid (Optional)
Visit Facts Management to create your FACTS application account AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2024. You will receive instructions to submit the required backup documents (Tax Information) via fax or scanned upload. Your documents will be handled with the highest level of security.
