To create your FACTS application account, click here: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3JNZ7
Click on the prompt to begin your FACTS application. You only have to complete one FACTS application even if you have several children applying to St Joes, or if you are applying to more than one diocesan school.
You don’t have to complete the form in one sitting. You will be given a password so you can save your FACTS application and return to finish it at any time.
