Register Today for our 2020 Classes beginning January 27.
Wednesdays at 7:00pm
A 55-minute full body workout that incorporates strength training with mixed cardio drills. Expect something different and exciting each week; develop speed, agility, strength, and endurance using a variety of equipment, like dumbbells, kettle bells, boxes, and more!
Mondays at 6:30pm
A 55-minute basic class focusing on the foundations of Yoga. Practice postures that are designed to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be integrated.
All Classes take place at SJ’s Health & Wellness Center. Classes need not be taken in a row.
$65 for 10 classes
