Classes are Saturdays at 8:30am.
Fitness Bootcamp will be taught by Carly Ciambriello ’11. Carly has been teaching classes for 7 years and is passionate about challenging, motivating, and inspiring others to be the best they can be. She is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
A 55 minute full body workout that incorporates strength training with mixed cardio drills. Expect something different and exciting each week; develop speed, agility, strength, and endurance using a variety of equipment, like dumbbells, kettle bells, boxes, and more!
All Classes take place at SJ’s Health & Wellness Center. Classes will be held every Saturday beginning Nov 3. Classes need not be taken in a row.
$85/10 classes or $10 to drop in. Payment can be made online using the form below, or at the start of each class. All experience levels welcome!
