Bus Routes

Norwalk (Inland Students North of Merritt Parkway

Serving New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Easton, Redding, Fairfield, and Bridgeport via the stop at Walgreens on Main Street, Norwalk.

Fairfield Metro

Stops include the Commuter Lot at Fairfield Metro Train Station, GE Commuter lot and Black Rock Congregational Church. Students arriving to the Fairfield Metro Train Station by 7:15am from all stops between Greenwich and Stamford (West) will be able to access the St Joes Fairfield Metro Train Station bus.


This route starts at Our Lady of Peace Church Parking Lot in Lordship and continues with stops along Route 108 including The Soap Box, Stratford Train Station, Nichols School, Second Hill Lane Commuter Lot and St Mark. Students arriving to the Stratford Train Station by 7:15am from all stops between New Haven and Stratford (East) will be able to access this route.


Serving Monroe, Newtown and Easton via stops at Big Y and Stop & Shop in Newtown and Rite Aid in Monroe.

Lower Naugatuck Valley

Serving Shelton, Seymour, Ansonia and Derby. Stops include Super Stop & Shop in Seymour, Exit 19 Dunkin Donuts in Ansonia, Home Depot in Derby, White Hills Shopping Center and St Lawrence in Shelton.


The Town of Trumbull provides bus service for Trumbull residents.


Bus Routes: We offer 6 bus routes (including Trumbull town bus). Stops, pick-up and drop-off times will be modified to accommodate traffic conditions and demand. Transportation will be available each morning with a return bus service leaving SJHS at 3:15pm. Please see the corresponding bus routes below. Please note: a bus route's availability is contingent on the amount of registrations by families for the start of the school year.

Pre-Registration: Required. $600 Fee is payable in advance per semester, and is separate from tuition. We also offer discounts with Metro-North.

After School Options: Late bus service leaves St Joes at 5:15pm for Fairfield Metro North train station and Stratford Train Station. O'Keefe Media Center will remain open for students until 5:30pm.
