Meet our New Chief Advancement Officer!
St. Joseph High School is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Todd Gibbs as the new Chief Advancement Officer beginning July 2023. Gibbs brings with him 25 years of successful fundraising experience and executive leadership in non-profit and educational institutions. He will oversee all of the School’s advancement and fundraising functions.
“Todd’s insight, expertise, and ability to strategically articulate the mission and vision of St. Joseph High School will be instrumental in our continued strategic forward progress and growth,” remarked David Klein, SJ President. “Todd is a gifted, results-oriented advancement professional, accomplished in building connections; I am certain that he will make a lasting impact within our SJ Community and successfully engage with proud Cadets far and wide.”
For nearly a decade, Gibbs served as the Executive Director for Alumni Engagement at Sacred Heart University. During his tenure, he was instrumental in transforming the way the University built connectivity, programming, and philanthropic impact within its 56,000-member Alumni Association and donor constituencies. Gibbs helped the Alumni Association establish a global presence while creating opportunities and bridges for students to benefit from a vibrant and successful alumni community. Gibbs raised millions of dollars for scholarships and financial assistance while launching the University’s Day of Giving program and implementing a micro-fundraising strategy that has assisted more than 100 sports teams, student programs, clubs and special projects with focused immediate needs.
“I am thrilled to join the SJ Community and to do my part to help advance a 60-year legacy of educational excellence,” shared Todd Gibbs. “I have long admired the loyalty, passion, and aspirations that define St. Joseph High School. The school has been carefully nurtured over time so that it is prepared today to move forward with ambitious plans to elevate facilities and programs while ensuring educational access to all students. My role is simple - tell the incredible story of SJ while weaving together vision and needs while connecting people to the projects and ideas that are going to transform the educational experience. I can’t wait for July!”
