SJ Celebrates 2nd NCAA Commitment Celebration

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, St. Joes was so proud to celebrate an additional seven student-athletes who have committed to continuing their athletic careers in five different sports! 

The following St. Joes students will participate in a celebration of their commitment to play at the collegiate level at Division 2, and 3 schools:

  • Lucas Auten – Eastern CT State University – Soccer – Division III
  • Martin Broz – Hobart & William Smith Colleges – Football – Division III
  • Layla DaCosta – Southern CT State University – Cheerleading – Division II
  • Lucas Kellogg – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute  – Football – Division III
  • Trevor Lima – Belmont Abbey College – Lacrosse – Division II
  • Samantha Post – Salve Regina University – Track – Division III

In November 2024, St. Joes held our first NCAA Commitment Celebration for the following 19 students (View the highlight on News12CT!), bringing the total committed student athletes for the 2024-2025 school year to 25 students!
