St Joes Welcomes Mr Jeff Tiedemann to our Athletic Office!

While Mrs Thresher is on maternity leave, we are proud to announce that Mr Jeff Tiedemann has joined our Athletic staff!

Previously, Mr Tiedemann worked at Athletic Gaines Strength and Conditioning in Stamford. While at Athletic Gaines, Mr Tiedemann trained athletes ranging from professional to high school. He has worked one-on-one with NBA and NLF players, trained small college groups, and high school teams. One of the athletes he had the opportunity to train is Minnesota Timberwolves forward, Taj Gibson.

Prior to Athletic Gaines, Jeff had the opportunity to intern with a number of collegiate teams including Villanova Football, Trinity College Football, and Central Connecticut State.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree Sport Management at Eastern Connecticut State, where he played football from 2011-2013. He followed up his undergraduate degree with a Master’s of Science in Physical Education from Central Connecticut State.
