Tanaka Sales Wins First State Title for Girls Swim Since 2012!
Big night for Girls Swim last night at the Class M Championships!
Dani Tanaka Sales earned a 1st place finish in the 50 Free with a time of 24.52! This is the first state title in swim for SJ since Jill Rice in 2012! Dani also finished 3rd in the 100 breast at 1:07:00, which is a new school record in the event.
Sophie Sergiyenko finished 16th and 19th in the 200 free and 100 breast, respectively.
Abby Hanson finished 15th in the 100 fly.
The 200 medley relay team finished in 8th place and both the 200 free relay team and 400 free relay teams finished in 16th - all swimming their best times of the season.
