Welcome Renee Farmer as SJ's Director of Advancement
St. Joseph High School is pleased to announce the appointment of Renee Farmer as the school’s new Director of Advancement, effective June 9, 2025. With over 20 years of fundraising experience across both the private and nonprofit sectors, Farmer joins the school at a pivotal moment marked by growth, innovation, and the launch of a capital campaign.
A seasoned leader in fundraising and business development, Farmer brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in advancing institutional goals. She most recently served as Vice President of Sales at Brightcore Energy, where she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives and led high-performing teams in securing new business opportunities. Her career also includes leadership roles at Oberon Securities Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, and the Westfield Group.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Farmer has maintained a strong commitment to mission-driven work, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and lending her expertise to causes aligned with education and community development.
Farmer holds a Global Executive MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.

In her new role, Farmer will oversee all advancement efforts at St. Joseph High School, including the development and execution of fundraising strategies, alumni engagement, donor stewardship, and community relations. She will play a vital role in advancing the school’s mission and supporting its strategic priorities through meaningful partnerships and philanthropic growth.
