10 x 12 space - $275 - (2) 6’ tables & (2) clothing racks
10 x 8 space - $175 - (1) 6’ table & (1) clothing rack
10 x 6 space - $150 - (1) 6’ table
6’ tables and linens are provided for each space, however space is extremely limited. You may bring additional display materials (clothing racks, etc.), but you MUST stay within the dimensions of your space. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. If you are in need of a larger area, or need electricity, please reserve right away. Wi-Fi will be available with a guest password. All vendors are welcome to enjoy lunch from the buffet.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
· 8am: Whitney Farms opens for vendors to set up and prepare their space
· 10am – 12pm: Vendor Shopping
· 12pm – 1:30pm: Lunch & Program
· 1:30pm – 2:00pm: Final shopping opportunity
*Each vendor is required to donate a small door prize item that will be raffled off at the end of the event. Our attendees with be given a Vendor Passport that will be used as their door prize “ticket”. After they have visited your table, please initial their passports. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
